Welcome to AnonChat, a communication service operated by Stivisto Inc., a Canadian Federal Corporation ("Company," "we," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access and use of our mobile and web services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AnonChat. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Access to the Service is void where prohibited.
2. Account Registration
You may use your Google, Apple, or Huawei account to log in. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person’s account without permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse AnonChat. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats
- Sharing illegal, sexually explicit, or violent content
- Sending spam, malware, or any harmful software
- Attempting to impersonate someone or mislead other users
- Coordinating or engaging in scams or fraud
- Soliciting personal information, money, or favors from users
- Stalking, doxxing, or making other users feel unsafe
- Exploiting or encouraging self-harm or suicide
- Organizing or promoting terrorism, hate groups, or violence
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt our infrastructure
- Bypassing moderation systems, bans, or abuse detection tools
- Abusing customer support channels or submitting false reports
- Using bots, automation, or scripts to manipulate or extract data
- Disrupting user experience or interfering with others’ use
4. Messaging and Content
Messages and media are stored to support cross-device access. You retain ownership of your content but grant us permission to store and display it as needed for functionality. Don’t post anything illegal, abusive, or infringing.
5. Enforcement and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our rules or applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The AnonChat platform and its underlying technology are the property of Stivisto Inc. You may not reuse or replicate our branding, features, or designs without permission.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
We may offer paid features. All payments are final. If your account is terminated for violations, you will not be refunded.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. All data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 14 days of request.
9. No Professional Advice
User content is not professional advice. Always consult licensed professionals for legal, financial, or health decisions.
10. Privacy and Security
By using AnonChat, you agree to our data handling practices described in the Privacy Policy. We use encryption and monitoring tools like Sentry and Grafana to safeguard your data. However, no system is perfectly secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
Stivisto is not liable for user-generated content or interactions. Use the app at your own risk. We provide the Service "as is."
We are not responsible for any misuse of the platform, illegal conduct, or harm caused by users. Users are solely liable for their actions while using the Service. By using AnonChat, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Stivisto Inc. from any claims or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
